| Greetings
Brothers!
It is with great pleasure that we
invite all of you back to our newsletter. We try to cover some important
happenings of our fraternity, it's members, and their families.
EVENTS
As most of you know, on Saturday night November 11th, we are holding a new event, DEKES NIGHT ON THE TOWN. We will be renting a luxury party bus, the type that's used for bachelor parties, to take us all in to the city for some cruising around the popular nightspots. We're planning on leaving at 9PM and will be returning at 3AM. As of now, we're meeting at the Lansdowne bar, which is located in the Riverdale section of the Bronx (near where Brendan lives) at 251st St and Broadway. We'll be making several stops and the bus will always be there waiting for us.
The cost is $50 for the transportation. If you haven't signed up, please do so as soon as possible --> email Joe at
joeyg33@aol.com, Monte at daniel.ocasio@rhollc.com, or Brendan at
Brendan_Kenefick@prusec.com. The bus holds 20 people and as of now we have plenty of room available. So if your not doing anything on that Saturday night and don't want to spend it at home doing the same thing or going to same place you usually go to on Saturday nights, then send one of us an email and join us for a good time and opportunity to bond with fellow brothers. And if you don't want to catch the bus in Riverdale, let one of us know and I'm sure we'll be able to arrange something to meet somewhere in the city.

ALUMNI DIRECTORY UPDATE
We're currently in the process of updating our database with all your current addresses and phone numbers. Over the years, a good number of guys have moved and we've sort of lost touch with them. Just to let you know how many have moved, our recent mailing resulted in over 25 letters being returned to us as undeliverable. To help keep everyone in touch, we're asking that if you plan on moving or have recently moved, please send us an email with your new info, basically your home address (so we can send you newsletters and of course that dues letter), home and work phone numbers. I'll be posting soon a list of names on our website
(www.dke-nz.org) of those brothers who we've lost touch with. If you happen to recognize any of the names, please let them get in touch with us so we can add them to the database.
ACTIVES
The actives are up to their usual routine. Homecoming was this past weekend and Pace won against Assumption, 32-14. Congratulations to our active brothers on the team. It was good to see alumni brothers LBM, Mick, and Cherry at the game. As some of you may know, things have changed at Homecoming and there isn't tailgating anymore, just a beer pit that's controlled by the school.
